IFS Series

Changsha IFSfeaturing an enormous 246,000-square-metre mall, boasts the city's most coveted location at the intersection of Huangxing Road (one of the busiest pedestrian streets) and Jiefang Road (financial street) with an underground linkage to Wuyi Plaza Station (the interchange station for Metro Lines 1 and 2). With continuous operational efforts to enhance environmental sustainability, this tallest building in Hunan Province has achieved LEED Platinum certification.

As a one-stop destination from entertainment to lifestyle, retail, culture and dining, the retail-led Changsha IFS has promptly emerged as the new landmark in central China. Changsha IFS is injecting new impetus in the central China region as it emerges as the community hub for the city, bringing a vast array of exhibitions, cultural activities, festivals, and art collaborations with famous artists such as KAWS, Steven Harrington and Tom Claassen.

The 243,000-square-metre retail podium houses over 370 brands, including top luxury labels, jewelry & watches, fast fashions, 100 debuts for Hunan and 30 split-gender duplex flagships of international brands. Furthermore, over 100 brands staged their first-ever collaboration with Wharf in mainland China, testament to the Group’s constant value creation capability.

 

Two top-notch office cum hotel towers include the 452-metre Tower 1, the tallest building in Hunan province. Location and quality quickly made the Tower 1 as the top office address for major enterprises and multi-national corporations. Tower 2 is scheduled for completion in phases from the second half of 2022.

Niccolo Changsha, a luxury sky hotel inaugurated in late 2018, features 243 contemporary chic rooms and spectacular suites. Crowning the top floors of Tower 1, this tallest hotel in central China which commands bird’s eye view of the city skyline and Xiang River has quickly taken over as the leading in the city with top ranking in room yield among competitors.

Chengdu IFS has rapidly become a landmark destination in western China soon after its opening in 2014. Bringing together the best of international retail, lifestyle and hospitality, Chengdu IFS takes pride in being the industry leader as it is named the top 10 malls in mainland China for retail sales, often the only one from western region. Presenting an impressive selection of over 600 top-tier international brands (over 100 debuts in China), the mega mall affirms its dominant position with its unique advantageous elements. The 15-metre-tall outdoor giant panda art installation and the 7,700-square-metre Sculpture Garden remain popular photographic hotspots, while the entertainment offerings including a UA (IMAX) movie theatre and an ice skating rink create a euphoric atmosphere for shoppers.

Hotel and IFS Residences

Niccolo Chengdu, opened in 2015 as the first of the very successful Niccolo Hotels, continues to command market leading position, with room yield and occupancy outperforming peers in the competitive set. 

IFS Residences, a serviced apartment encompassing 175 luxurious residences, opened at Chengdu IFS in November 2016. It is home to elite residents including consuls general of various nations, local and overseas entrepreneurs or expatriates of multinational organisations. 

It is among the most highly-rated residences in the city and earned an array of industry awards, including “The Best Family — Friendly Serviced Apartment” in the 12th China Best Hotel Awards and garnered three awards in the 17th Beautiful China Golden Olive Awards. Wuxi IFS is a 339-metre landmark tower with world-class Grade A offices. As the tallest skyscraper in Wuxi CBD, the development is overlooking Taihu Plaza which boasts the large adjacent landscaped square, a public library, the public museum and the historic Grand Canal.

Shanghai Wheelock Square

This 63,000-square-metre mall housing over 260 international brands at attractive prices sets an excellent model for the sister mall in Changsha.

Times Outlets Changsha, mirroring the success of Times Outlets Chengdu, opened in November 2016.
