The Group’s exclusive Peak Portfolio, comprising a rare collection of unique properties, continues to feature the highest bespoke quality and craftsmanship catering to the demands of a discerning clientele. As a veteran developer of luxury projects on the Peak, the Group acquired a site on Mansfield Road for HK$12 billion in December 2020, followed by the acquisition of a second and adjoining Mansfield Road site by a 50%-owned joint venture for HK$7.25 billion in February 2021, both through government tenders. These additions doubled the Group’s attributable land bank on the Peak to about 542,000 square feet. Mount Nicholson, a 50:50 joint venture development, offers coveted residences with an enchanting and uninterrupted view over Victoria Harbour. This collection of 19 ultra-luxury houses and 48 apartments nestled on the Peak has been highly-acclaimed since its launch in early 2016. With strategic focus on market and marketing, a penthouse of Mount Nicholson was sold for HK$609 million during the period, achieving a record high price per square foot for apartments in Asia of HK$144,000. 1 Plantation Road project’s sales and marketing programmes have been rolled out in the first quarter of 2025.
