We are seeking a shrewd and experienced professional to lead our Asset Management team, with a primary focus on our portfolio of hotels and properties in Hong Kong and the Mainland.
As “Owner’s representative”, you will be working closely with the “insourced” and “outsourced” business management teams. Your output will be vital in assisting Group Management to manage risks, drive portfolio performance and enhance capital productivity.
Key Responsibilities :

Performance Analysis & Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of business performance, budgets, operational reports, and proposals from hotels and investment properties. Provide insightful commentary and recommendations to support strategic and tactical decision-making.

Management Reporting: Prepare clear, concise and effective regular and ad hoc reports for presentation to Group Management. Synthesize complex data into actionable intelligence.

Database Management & Market Monitoring: Maintain and enhance robust databases to track the performance of each asset. Monitor results against established business targets and market trends to identify areas of opportunity and concern.

Strategic & Commercial Reviews: As “Owner’s representative” to review procurement proposals and payment requisitions that require Owner’s approval, providing comments to ensure alignment with company policies, financial discipline, and commercial viability.

Special Projects & Feasibility: Conduct research and feasibility studies for new initiatives and undertake other projects and duties as assigned to support the Group's strategic objectives.
Requirements :

Education: Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline. An MBA degree is preferred.

Experience: over 15 years of relevant managerial experience, with at least 8 years within the finance, real estate, or hospitality sectors.

Core Competencies: Proactive, highly organized, and analytical with exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with a collaborative team spirit. Must possess excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Stakeholder Management & Language Proficiency: Ability to confidently present and engage in discussions with senior executives and international stakeholders. This requires excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
We work 5 days per week.
