Helpdesk Officer (Ref: CO_ITHD)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT helpdesk support services to users on network, software and application related issues.
  • Perform problem identification & logging, initial assessment, and escalation.
  • Monitor, maintain, assign and close IT support tickets per the established policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions.
  • Maintain and control the inventory records of IT assets.
  • Timely respond and handle urgent business requests/system support during normal and non-office hours with company-assigned facilities including phone and laptop 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holders in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines; MCSE / CCNA would be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sizeable firm
  • Solid experience in supporting MS Windows, O365 and Office applications and desktop hardware
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and task management skills
  • Detail-minded, committed to work and able to prioritize effectively
  • Well organized and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. 

    Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Helpdesk Officer.
