Business Development Manager/ Assistant Manager (PRC Commercial Properties Sales) (Ref: CO_BDM_COM)


  • Support in planning and executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns for PRC commercial properties including office and apartment
  • Coordinate sales, marketing and promotional activities including review of sales documents, marketing collaterals, advertisements and sales brochures
  • Communicate with sales agents and handling en-bloc clients
  • Work closely with different business units to drive sales and explore new sales opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis for PRC commercial sectors and prepare sales analytics and budgets
  • Ensure team operations are in compliance with local regulations for the market best practice


  • Bachelor Degree or above in Real Estate, Surveying, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant sales supervisory experience in handling Mainland properties, preferably gained from sizeable property developers or sales agents
  • Detail-oriented, result-oriented and with good business acumen
  • Excellent skills in communication, relationship maintenance, negotiation and solving problems
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Frequent travel to Mainland is required
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Business Development Manager


We work 5 days per week.
