Currently, Wharf Hotels manages 15 hotels in China, Hong Kong and the Philippines under the legacy brand of Marco Polo Hotels and the new luxury brand, Niccolo Hotels.

The Group’s new luxury brand, Niccolo, is a unique representation of sophisticated urban chic hotels. It has proven to be a resounding brand and business success. Opened at Chengdu IFS in April 2015, the first Niccolo has garnered a host of prestigious awards with the latest addition being "Best Business Hotels" in the "2017 Condé Nast Traveler China Gold List", affirming the success of the brand evolution.

Niccolo Chengdu sets a good model for the three Niccolo hotels at the IFS complexes in Chongqing, Changsha and Suzhou. Two Niccolo Hotels in Changsha and Suzhou under development are progressing to plan.

Niccolo Chongqing, the second Niccolo hotel in China, officially opened in September 2017 crowning the top 10 floors of the new 62-floor Chongqing IFS Tower 1. The hotel owns 252 luxurious guestrooms including 21 suites. As the city’s highest sky hotel, guests enjoy unrivalled vistas of Chongqing’s spectacular landscape and merging mountains, skyline and the dramatic confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers.
