Times Square, the Group's flagship property, boasts a massive 900,000 square feet of retail space, over one million square feet of top quality Grade A office space, and 700 car parking spaces in the heart of Causeway Bay, one of the most dynamic retail districts in Hong Kong. With more than 230 world-renowned brands on 17 levels, this mega mall offers shoppers a total one-stop shopping and entertainment experience.


Among the most successful vertical malls globally, Times Square is even better-positioned upon completion of a value-accretive revamp in end-2015. The creation of a lifestyle hub on the 9th-10th floors and Kids Square on 13A floor pique shoppers' interests and drive repeated visits. Proactive measures including constant trade mix refinement and tenants reshuffling with new images opportunely tapped into shoppers' evolving demand, staying abreast of the latest trends in fashion and dining.

The opening of a 3,385-square-foot LEGO Certified Store (Hong Kong Island debut) in early July 2017 further strengthened the lifestyle cluster. Facesss, a beauty category killer taking up over 6,450 square feet, also opened in the same month.

Powerful and innovative marketing campaigns at Times Square continues to capture shoppers' attention, reinforcing its positioning of "The Place of Happenings". Among others, Times Square launched "Living Room Museum" at the Open Piazza in early 2015, the first ever museum-in-a-mall, which briskly became our centre stage of exhibitions. In 2017, The Picasso and Jacqueline Exhibition with 13 precious and famous works of the Master flown in all the way from Museu Picasso de Barcelona was staged with overwhelming response.

Times Square remains the preferred office location for multinationals in the service and consumer goods industries. Occupancy rate was 98.7% at the end of June 2017.
